Not bad but not good could be worse

The bed, the location, the food and the lady that attended during the breakfast, was very nice with my family. we like the parking, and the social area. the elevator and the ice machine. we like the coffee too.

the person in the front desk was terrible, they were not friendly or attentive, they did not pay me attention to the reservation, which was already made a month in advance, they were angry and grumpy, they billed me twice for the room, they did not check that I had already paid online through the booking app. The only kind person was the lady who attended me in the morning who was able to resolve the charges to my credit card. The most surprising part is that in the booking app the room is for 4 or 5 people with a king size bed and upon entering it was a double bed, that is, only for 2 people, misleading advertising

Staff was rude, charged me incorrectly and gave us the wrong room. When I said something they said they over booked rooms and that it wasnt their problem.

Great location, easy check in, and friendly staff.

A/C had trouble cooling room to match setting. Room could use bigger a/c unit or fan to help circulate air.

Sad! It was my anniversary and they kicked us out early after asking for a late checkout the day before.

It was nice other than we asked for a late checkout and they kicked us out 2 hours before and threatened to charge me for another night. I wont be going back there again.
