Dissatisfied, disappointed and frustrated

The location of the hotel

I had dirty linen call the front desk to tell them and it took them 2 hours to bring me then linen that I had to put on myself. There was no continental breakfast. The containers in the shower was empty

Accessible room not accessible.

The accessibility of our accessible room was quite poor. No handrails next to the toilets, the toilet paper out of reach, the shower door opens in such a way that a person using a wheelchair or walker has no chance to get around the open door and into the shower, not to mention the shower has a sizable barrier to step over, and the bathtub is even more difficult to access.

Very good

Nice but over priced.

The suite was lovely and comfortable. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Staff was helpful with recommendations.

The room was pricey. Breakfast was NOT included.

I would give the stay a 8/10. If the a/c was working it would be a 10

The shuttle service was great! Olivia and Randy made sure we arrived to every destination safely and on time. The pick up was quick and we never had to wait longer than 10 minutes! Also after we checked out they let us come back and eat our lunch before getting on the road!

Our a/c was not working properly in our room so it was hot all night. The staff was awesome when we got ready to check out they discounted our room without hesitation.
