This place was filthy and run down. DO NOT book here. You will regret it.

Nothing!! It was filthy!

Where do I begin?? There were holes and cracks all in the walls and ceilings, baseboards were filthy nasty, curtains were hanging off and broken, mold in the shower. This hotel was old and nasty!!! The pictures online looked good. Why I booked. They are edited to look good. I have no idea how anyone could give this hotel a decent rating. Trust me when I tell you to pay more somewhere else!!! Staff was friendly but the place was nasty. DO NOT waste your money here!!

Disappointing

Grotty and barely fit for purpose!!

The location was OK The staff were really friendly The breakfast was ok

The first room we were given had a toilet that did not flush!!! The second room we were given did not have a tub (we booked 3 months ago and requested a tub and were told this would be arranged) The third room had a flushing toilet and a tub but was run down, dirty and dingy! We were too tired to change again and as we were only staying one night we put up and shut up!! When I say dirty - I mean really dirty (an old dirty, mouldy face cloth left hanging over the rusty shower rail in the bathroom), peeling paint, scuffed and chipped units, a sofa that was so knackered it literally swallowed you whole when you sat on it!! The toilet was a bit faulty and you had to fiddle with the flush mechanism to stop it continually filling and making a racket. The location next to the rail track was unfortunate as the sound of the railroad kept waking us up. The member of staff who we raised these issues with when we checked out was very apologetic and said the hotel was expecting a refit next year (after 15 years)!! It shows.. She said she would award us 500 Marriott Bonvoy points as compensation - a bit of an insult really!! MARRIOTT should be ashamed to put their name to this dump!

Road trip!

Great location, worked perfectly for a quick stop on a long quick trip.

Room was clean and comfortable, but a bit crowded with a king bed and a pullout. After setting up pullout, there was no where to walk and we had to roll or crawl over bed.

The property was clean!! And to top it off I felt safe because security was on board.

Staff was nice. I like the set up of Breakfast.

Room was ok, but wasn't cleaned well. Hair on shower wall, mirror, etc. Baseboards & corners not cleaned week. Bathroom was subpar overall. Needs deep clean or remodeling upgrades in general. Baby roach in shower in the middle of the night.
