The reviewer initially liked the hotel, but was disappointed by the proximity to train tracks and noise from the ice machine. Miserable

Comfortable enough. Comfortable and clean were not the issue.

Staff put me in a room directly below a long term stay with miserable stomping and noise KNOWING every day the lower guests and adjacent guests complain about the noise. I had to call 3x. Why??? Why put me under these animals?

It was okay not the best. Not the worst.

Hotel is clean. Staff is nice.

Beds are pet uncomfortable. Walls could be a little thicker. And I sure wish I could take a hot shower but no hot water.

Very poor

Management offered me a discount of upgrade for my next visit, but the hotel is in need of repairs.

The location is ideal- close to food, gas & other amenities. The staff is very courteous. The free continental breakfast was good.

They had plumbing problems during my visit. The drain in the tub was clogged & had standing water & toilet kept running constantly. There were no batteries in the remote control for the tv. One customer had to get a new room because water was coming through her wall.

Superb

The room was very clean and spacious. Our vehicle broke down while we were there and the hotel was very accommodating to our needs and allowed for us to stay longer in the room prior to check out.

The room Was clean.but it took a long time for it to be cleaned.

No security. Someone had a key and tried to come in our room. No one took responsibility. We left a day early for our safety sake.

Great location right off the freeway. Quiet area of town.

I booked the room for the Independence Bowl between Texas Tech and UC. It wasnt far from the stadium. The room was up to date and the bed very comfortable. The front desk staff was extremely nice. I got a great nights rest.

I just wish the continental breakfast offered more variety. But it did the job for the price of the room.

I wont stay anywhere else in town

The staff goes above - above & beyond in such an exceptional manner that the physical plant issues (older building etc) are negated, especially at this rate. And as a 52 yr old female alone safety is always my primary concern. As a matter of fact on my last visit I left computer equipment/files in a rented storage facility and upon return found it had been robbed but thank God for these women I had left the most important part ( client legal files) at the front door when I loaded up and they held onto them - that says it all !!
