The Courtyard Shreveport-Bossier City/Louisiana Boardwalk has stunning views and a train close by. The staff is fantastic and always available to assist. The hotel has a Starbucks downstairs and a sp (Read More)acious, clean fitness room. A guest enjoyed their stay so much that they extended their visit. While another guest wished for breakfast or additional member points, they found the location, employees, and room cleanliness to be excellent.

The stay was good, it was the receptionist when checking in . Other than the rest of staff was very.

For as breakfast and dinner didn't eat there.

When we first arrived the receptionist wasn't to friendly. She didn't tell us anything about the hotel. I think she was more worried about the $25 deposit and sliding my I.D across counter.

Quality accomadations but needs a new bed.

Size of room and nice bathroom.

The bed had a dip in both sides. Needs a new mattress.

Stay was relaxing and fun

Employees were really friendly and helpful..was next to the Boardwalk..nice atmosphere

Well had 2 different rooms because 1st night the bed and pillows not that comfortable and air conditioning was not cooling and maintenance had come check it..it had frozen up so was put in another room and it was nice 2 queenbeds was comfortable and air conditioner felt nice

Disappointing

The location was amazing and the room decor was up to date

The air conditioning system didnt work in my and the front desk staff placed a $400 hold on my card when she told me it would $40. Also; parking was extremely limited, I couldnt even park my one car and had to walk far when I returned from dinner
