The hotel also has a restaurant and bar, and the breakfast area serves delicious food. Some minor issues were noted, such as stains on furniture and cups, and stuck front doors, but overall the experience was positive and guests would recommend staying here.

Very good

It was a good place to stay even with the elevator problems they were having.

Suites were available and spacious.

One of the elevators (the one near our room) was broken, so we had to walk all the way around the building to get to another elevator and then all the way back around the building to get to our room.

Sofa bed mattress was worn badly and falling apart in all 3 rooms, linen for sofa bed was not in room and we had to go to the lobby for all 3 rooms and get it which was multiple trips bc the other adults had ro stay with minors in the room. Bathtubs are old with many chips in the porcelain

I enjoyed the set up of our suite.

Check in was for 3pm. We arrived after 4 and was told our room was still not ready. Our family along with 3-4 other guests had to wait almost an hour to check into our room. Also the kitchenette was not clean crumbs from previous guest was all over the counters. We went for a swim came back wanting to blow dry the kids hair and the hairdryer didnt work.At bedtime we pulled out the sofa bed and pulled the linen out of the closet it was dirty and all stained up. I decided to call the front desk and only sheets were available no pillows or blankets. I was informed that all housekeepers had left for the evening and there was no key to the closet!!

Weve always loved this hotel its one of our favorite places to stay.

The door was heavy and very noisy. We were in and out a lot so we worried about disturbing others around us. The bed wasnt as comfortable as usual and the pillows were awful. They were flat and small. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was extremely low and the kitchen sink was slow to drain. The breakfast wasnt as good as normally either. The powered eggs, not real meat sausage links. The waffles were cold and when heated up in the microwave the became bricks. I also was not impressed with the $25.00 incidental fee at check in to be refunded at check out. There was nothing in the room to be charged for so I was extremely confused on that one.

It appears that the A/C unit was not working properly which lead to a restless night! The breakfast was absolutely NOT good at all! Where did the waffles and potatoes come from? Why isnt there a waffle maker? For the amount of money that your customers pay, there should be better food. The potatoes were soggy and not crisp! The waffles were just sad! The juice was not good at all! I would stay again because the room size was great! But these other issues need to be fixed! As nice and classy as the place is represented with the accompanying cost this should be considered! Thanks so much for your time and consideration.

Overall, it was good but the things I listed should be fixed immediately for the cost we had to pay!

The room size and pool was great! However, the cost was somewhat pricey and couldve been cheaper.

The room was pretty warm! Its summer time! Our stay should be pleasant! Fix the units! The breakfast was just ok, at the price paid there should have been better options such as omelettes and a way for us to make our own waffles, the waffles were terrible, the potatoes were soggy and not crisp and the juice was not good at all!

Disappointed

The manager ended up comping our room because of multiple problem

We were given 3 different rooms. The first was occupied, second filthy ) dirty dishes, dirty fudge , gotten bananas in cabinet , a wad of hair on the bath tub wall), the 3rd was clean but the air wasnt working well. There were trash bags of trash left outside of rooms in front of several rooms. No working ice maker on our floor(4). Had to go to the 1st floor for Ice. The hotel in general was run down. Not worth $150 plus a night. Manager did her best but all of the down falls were unacceptable.
