Overall, guests enjoyed their stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Shreveport. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The staff, particularly Ms. Belinda and Mr. Ryan, were friendly (Read More)and accommodating. However, one guest mentioned a lack of hot water in the morning, but they were compensated for their inconvenience. The rooms were clean, although some guests felt they could use a bit of updating. Despite this, most guests would recommend staying at this hotel.

The rooms were clean the bed was very comfortable

My first night stay was great .I needed to borrow a bottle opener, the young lady at the front desk let me borrow it with no problem.. My second night stay, whoever the young man was would not let me borrow the bottle opener. I was already tired frustrated explain to him that I had just used it the night before. I was going to bring it right back he told me it was the policy of the hotel because they only had one as if I needed to steal a bottle opener. I suggest you sell wine you need more than one bottle opener. The breakfast need work. Other than that it was a great stay.

The ladies that work the front desk were the sweetest! Very friendly and positive and loved my pup Bella too. Just nice ladies

Its dated and definitely could use a facelift. Very old looking inside the actual rooms.

Disappointing

Location. It was a nice spot and quiet areas staff was friendly.

Smell in room, dirty, windows dirty. Bed had an odor to it. Tv didnt work in the bedroom.

Family celebrated our sons birthday

The breakfast was good! The location was good.

It wasnt on the hotel, but there was a disturbance with other guests that took too long to resolve. The police was called out twice due to that situation.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly.

There was a disturbance with a couple who were two doors down from where we were staying. The ordeal caused for the police to come out.

Disappointed by an unclean unsanitary room not Hilton Standards

The front desk clerk who assisted with attempting to get us satisfied after experiencing a room.

The cleanliness of the room or rooms after 2 rooms from 1 room with a dirty tub and feces in the toilet, sinks not cleaned a dirty room The 2nd room 305 the tub was filthy placed towels in the tub to shower carpet was dirty we slept in our clothes, Sad not Hilton Quality cleanliness I have video
