The location and the staff

I think the hotel is quite expensive, though it's a good location. They need to improve the cleaning.

Room size is good but breakfast is not good and also cleanless of fruit like lettuce is the worst.

The room is large enough to stay and also has a good view.

The breakfast is very inadequate. It has to be more types of food like cheese, honey, types of salami and etc.

Superb

We stayed at Village, it was beautiful, impressive, with private pool, two big bedrooms, main bathroom amazing with bathtub outside, plenty of space and all the decoration superb, felt like sleeping inside a Temple. Ubud art is really good!! Extremely recommend this hotel, the service is top.Location is also very convenient, 300m walking distance from central market.

Improvement area: breakfast (not bad but almost the same everyday)

Enjoyable but not has polished as expected.

Breakfast was good but limited menu. Villa was very spacious. Fantastic gardens and views of rice fields. Friendly staff. Nice private pool and outdoor shower

Breakfast had to be pre-booked the night before, however was late to be delivered. No dining table. No Sofa, arm chair or couch in bedrooms of Villa. Most staff had limited English compared to other larger hotels we have stayed at in Bali. Location meant lots of mosquitos.

It was a very relaxing stay with delicious breakfasts and fantastic views from our villa.

the staff were all very friendly and helpful during our stay. Staff helped us without hesitation before we even step foot into the villa. Manager Budi, had helped my family while we were lost along the way by calling staff to help bring my whole family over to the villa safely even though it was late into the evening. The place was clean and cozy with clean floors and toilets. facilities inside the villa was very well thought out and thoroughly used by my family members. View from the villa was breathtaking both during sunrise and sunset.

Power trips every morning was quite worrying but it did not effect our mood throughout the day

Everything, magical setting, just beautiful. Staff were super lovely too. Would deff come back.

The breakfast was just ok. Maybe language was the only issue, english was difficult for staff to understand. Oat milk (taken as hot milk) daughter is lactose free. Band aid- had to show google picture. Staff were absolutely soo friendly and happy

A great base to explore the rest of Ubud.

Amazing views over the rice fields. Nice big room, comfortable bed (firm). Attentive staff. Quiet location. On balance brilliant value.

Other hotel guests can lack volume control, so its luck of the draw.

Ubud retreat

Fabulous location, fabulous staff. We arrived at nearly midnight, but still picked up (via motorcycle) and greeted with enthusiasm and welcome drinks. Shown to our gorgeous room on the third floor overlooking the lit up pool, with an explanation of the facilities. The best was yet to come, upon awakening the next morning, we had an amazing view of the rice paddies. Bed was huge, and comfortable. Lovely big soft pillows, and gorgeous kimono style robes. We even purchased one to take home. Location is serene, but still an easy walk to town, and rice paddies with some gorgeous cafes and galleries. It was great sitting on our balcony with some locally bought snacks and bintangs, before wandering out for dinner. We even extended an extra night as we loved it so much. We didn't have breakfast included, but did have breakfast one morning, which was lovely overlooking the pool.

10/10 we will be back again

-Beautiful new hotel -the view from the rooms was amazing. They had privacy frost installed in bathrooms which was nice - staff were great and very helpful - excellent size room and bathroom. Good amenities - location is great. Yes its a quick walk uphill but well lit and we had zero issues - the pool was beautiful. Not much shade.

Only complaint is the aircon was very cold in the room. I think only because of how big the room was compared to the unit
