Staff was very friendly and helpful, they gave us ideas for tours and arranged it for us. The value of money and location were good.

There was no window in our room, which was a downside. Also, it was very noisy during the night from other guests.

THE BEST HOTEL TO STAY outstanding staff, good breakfast (has all the nutrients elements of protein, vegetables, fruits and carbs !) Room super clean, big and all the amenities needed. Everything went amazingly well, clear and fast communication with the hotel staff. I had a fantastic stay and got an incredible help to organize my tour to cat Ba and Halong Bay I highly recommend it and will definitely stay again next time in Hanoi

Helpful staff and good value for money!

The staff are super helpful. Shout out to Linh, she was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. The staff had organised our tour of Ninh Binh + hotel drop off and pick up seamlessly. They even held our suitcase for the 2 nights we were away in Ha Long Bay. The Hotel situated on a more quieter street and is less than 5 mins was from the busy shopping street. This was definitely moneys worth and you get a great staff to help you out if your totally new to Vietnam. Overall the room was clean and easy access with elevator. Breakfast was descent but the coffee was very good.

The beds are quiet firm.

I was in the top floor room, which had a great view and was comfortable and well-equipped. Make sure to put the actual address when booking a taxi by Grab and not the hotel name, as there is another hotel with a similar name.

The hot water is too hot, so be careful. The hotel is better off to adjust the temperature.
