Superb

We loved our stay here over the Christmas period. The staff here were amazing and helpful with all our questions and booking we needed to do. The room was huge and really well decorated and a big comfy bed the bathroom was really nice and great shower The rooftop bar and swimming pool was a great treat as well.

Good staff but not worth it

The staff was very friendly and they provided for the crib for my daughter. The room was spacious and clean.

The spa was under construction and the restaurant was incredibly slow when we ordered our food, in addition my husband had a food poisoning so Im sorry but definitely we dont recommend to eat there. It was very inconvenient for us as we were waiting for the meal for my daughter which likely didnt arrive! Even though they understood the mistake and offered the meal. Thank you for that, we appreciated. The location is far from the center and from restaurants or cafe. I gave 7 only for the kindness of the staff.

Could pass as 5-star hotel (room wise)

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its impeccable and stylish interiors. The beddings were incredibly inviting and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was pristine and well-appointed, adding to the overall luxury. The staff's (especially Ms. Thao at the reception) professionalism and thoughtfulness truly made this stay exceptional, Ms. Thao was truly thoughtful and helpful from start to finish, and the manager went above and beyond by sending a letter of apology to my room for not cleaning it when I had the 'Do Not Disturb' notice on. Additionally, they ensured that if I required anything or wanted my room serviced, I could simply ring the staff. Highly recommended for a delightful and relaxing experience!

Good value for money.

The staff was very welcoming and they always went extra mile to help us feel welcomed. The hotel looks good, rooms are spacious and breakfast was nice.

The room was a bit too humid and cold. The AC was only coolind and the dry or heat function did not work.

Nice hotel in many ways but disappointing in others

Fantastic New Years Eve roof top party Amazing staff, particularly the Duty Manager who was incredibly helpful

The location wasnt within walking distance of any restaurants or the old town. The old town was a 20-30 minute taxi ride away The restaurant was disappointing. All of the bakery items at breakfast were stale. My evening meal was Chicken Kung P and without exaggeration it was served in 4 mm of oil

Superb Service

Staff were wonderful and went the extra mile for us especially Nguyen Minh Hieu who arranged cars and our next hotel for us. The hotel was peaceful with excellent facilities. Breakfast was good too. Would go back again.

Would recommend and definitely return.

Easy access for the airport yet less than 80 vnd to get a grab to the old quarter, providing a bit of calm away from the OQ. Room was excellent and the bed very comfortable. Huge choice for breakfast . Roof top swimming pool looked inviting ( but cold)

Some people didnt like the location but it suited us fine.
