Superb

Relaxing and enjoyable

Large selection of cooked and continental food.

I found the dinner buffet bland and expensive. We found it difficult to get a price if you werent full board. We we unable to get a reservation for Al a carte restaurant during our stay which would have been our preference as we do not like buffet food in general and only eat one plate. Staff were very friendly

Excellent location and a mangement attitude that is very customer focused , nice beach views

We experienced a few issues on checking in but what really impressed was the positive way the Management responded , they came and spoke to me about the issues and immediatly resolved them. Its natural that sometimes things go wrong but the way they reacted more than demonstrated their customer focus. Well done to the team ....

Felt the buffet & on site food choices were a bit limited ...

A peaceful stay at this very nice little hotel. Calm and quiet, very kind staff and beautiful beach!

Great, calm and quiet little hotel with exceptionally kind staff. We are vegetarian and the kitchen chef always made sure to check whether we had enough to eat, he even went out of his way to prepare extra things for us when the buffet was light on veggie options.

Disappointing

The room nice and spacious. The staff at the Reception Area was really welcoming. The entertainment was interesting (One Man Show).

The food option was really limited for dinner and we had to go out of the hotel to have dinner. There was a lack of staff at the bar. The barman was leaving the bar unattended at times and we had to wait for him to return back to place our order.

Very good

Super friendly hotel staff, trying to accomodate any wishes. All super clean, with great beach and spa facilities!!!!

I would have personally loved to have more local food rather than International buffets., but fully acknowledge how hard it is to make it everyone right in terms of eating in a hotel.
