Superb

Great get-away for us. Our suite was delightful--pretty, roomy and very comfortable. Hiking at the park offered time to relax and enjoy nature and may have balanced indulging at Audrey's Cafe which offered delicious food. The inn staff were very welcoming, helpful, and able to meet special needs. Decorations for Christmas added to charm.

Missing option to dine at the inn. The Garrison was only open for limited lunch hours when we had other plans. Would have liked that option since Lawrence didnt have great options for nice places to eat--except Audrey's. Also, kind of sad to see huge rooms not being used at holiday season.

Excellent once you are there, unless you get up early and want the internet then.

Quiet, warm, clean, felt safe, plenty of hot water, updated bathroom with excellent water pressure and temperature in shower, nicely appointed living area.

I didn't give desk attendant top score because she should be knowledgeable about directing new customers to this out-of-the-way location. My updated Garmin kept me busy backtracking repeatedly on the new interstates nearby (65, 70, and 465) wasting gas and at least a half hour of driving at the end of a long day of driving. I phoned and asked for directions, but she was unable to direct me from downtown Indianapolis. Finally I got back on the interstates to exit 89, where I got off and proceeded in a northeasterly direction to Pendleton and 56th St. and finally found it. Another ding for no internet in early morning.

My room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was more than the continental breakfast advertised.

Ran out of toilet paper. Should have had a backup roll in the room.

Older property with beautiful charm. Absolutely clean and cozy. And u can walk the trails in the state park free with your room key. Good breakfast.

Worth price at 2 nights for 1. Would not pay high daily rate

Bed comfort. Like mattresses covered for parasites. Staff very gracious.

Breakfast food sucks. Dont leave coffee out after breakfast. Main elevator has HARD LANDING when reaches floors. VERY HARD, knees buckle hard. Found old candy side of bed. Found odd medicine pill on floor. Need dust more at base trim of nightstands.
