Overall, an expensive hotel for the quality of the facilities.

Nice staff.

Everything in the lobby, public restrooms, carpeting, furniture, etc was old, dingy and dirty. The room was better - generally clean. But the TV was old and cable VERY basic. Bathroom was not dirty but just old.

Loved how attentive and welcoming the staff was. Pool was clean and relaxing.

The timer on the air conditioning was my only complaint. I had to keep turning it back on.

Perfect for the price I payed for what I needed it for!

Right off the highway to get to the airport fast, I live hiltons they have the best beds and super nice staff, also their pools are always so nice

There was no vending machines, they had only a pantry, the pool room did have some black mold on the ceiling, and the suprise extra charge for the deposit, which this is more on the website for not letting me know on that one. Our room was clean but we did find old chocolate on the floor next to the bed from a previous stayer, but other then that perfect stay

The location was nice.

The floors were filthy. The front desk manager was not warm and inviting; I felt like he could care less that I was there and just wanted to make sure I knew Hilton charged $5 per night for parking. It was a total bummer because I've been at better Hiltons before.

I wasnt in the room enough to give a thorough review other than the parking and breakfast

Conveniently located

The fact that I was charged $5 per day for parking and did not even receive a parking pass or sticker. If I hadnt told the front desk I drive in how would they have known to charge me or anyone. I just believe I was scammed. The same with breakfast, it should have been free.
