Exceptional

Perfect location, exceptional staff service!

Location was perfect for us, nobody can beat free parking, better-than-most breakfast, very clean bathtub and the whole room in general; ease of checking in and out, will definitely be back soon

Nothing I could think of at this point, everything was ok for me and for the family I travelled with on this trip

Superb

Excellent for Christmas Break

The location was nice. It was winter so the leaves were gone and you could see the water across. Walking distance wasn't bad for the casino or the falls walk. Very helpful to be able to charge sodas or snacks to the room instead of having to take cash out of the ATM.

The pool was small but we did not use it this time. the area for breakfast was kind of "tight" but feasible. The use of the key for all doors and the elevator swas new to me.

no EV charging

The location is good and the room is clean.

The only reason I chose this hotel is because it shows "EV charging program" as one of its amenities. Unfortunately, there's no EV charging port at the hotel. The breakfast is cold, but it can be that we went for breakfast a bit late (around 8:40).
