Booked the hotel and did not offer me room when I reached hotel at 1 am.Had troubled with my small kid and this was really unprofessional of them to take confirmed bookings without availability of sufficient rooms

A horrible ending to our goan vacation.

Except the clean boy, everything was horrible. They wont let us sleep peacefully. The check out time was 11 but they will wake you up from 9 and literally tell us to get out from here.

THE MANAGER. Thats the horrible thing about this place. Even if we want to stay for extra time after the check out time, these guys will demand money more than the full booking amount. Please dont come anywhere near to this guys. He is just horrible and not friendly at all if you are coming with a family. And this place is situated very remotely from the main road. So please beware. A

Location and service are the worst. Staff behaviour is horrible. Power interruption is too frequent. There is nobody in the counter to lift your phone and answer your query. You will not get any support from hotel staff for tour guidance. There is water leakage from air-conditioning and nobidy takes care for thar.. My humble advice is to AVOID THIS HOTEL
