Excellent view, room size, cleanliness, room service, helpful staff, customer service, check-in, value for money

The accomodation allocated to us was at the top of the hill which required some steep climbing. A lift could have been very helpful. However, we understand that it was not possible given the geographical nature of the property.

A beautiful spot with incredible facilities and the most kind and attentive staff.

The Eliot Exotica was the perfect break from the madness. Beautifully kept gardens, swimming pool and a surprise gym and games room.

The staff were very kind and keen to provide excellent service- this at times meant a few too many conversations and calls.

View of room is good, but im un-satisfied with everything else.

The view of the property is nice.

The food is not good. Staff shortage is there and service is really bad. Bathroom was not working throughout my stay and no one did nothing. Food is not recommended at all. Also, not recommended for old aged people since rooms are located at hieght where you have to climb lot of steep stairs.

enjoyed our stay. nice pool, friendly and helpful staff, spacious and clean rooms with a great view. we also got a free room upgrade, thank you again!

it takes 20 minutes by walk to get to the city center, not a big deal for us though. breakfast menu was very limited (maybe due to off-season?)

First night in the cottage room was pathetic, since the beds had springs which was hurting.

Perfect Hotel in Dharamshala

The location is incredible . It's Not in the center of the market but the purpose of vacation is to be away from noise the view from the hotel is so good . But yes prepare to walk a bit at this property. The pool is clean and the infinity view fr rom the pool cherry on the cake.

Till now i don't remember anything. Negative our trip was flawless.
