The Eaton HK is an excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms, and great breakfast options. The hotel is located conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and public tr (Read More)ansportation. Guests felt safe with floor access restricted to residents only. The gym and pool were impressive, and the food court had a wide variety of options. The hotel is highly recommended and guests plan to stay again.

Superb

Great choice for Hong Kong getaway

Great location, directly on Nathan Road which allowed us to visit several areas of interest on foot and also take buses and subway. Nice comfortable room, a bit small yet the space was well utilised. Modern, hip vibe but not over the top. Would definitely stay again.

We could hear the bar downstairs a bit. It wasn't too loud though, or we were too tired to care! A couple of times we had to wait a bit for the elevator.

Very good

Overall we were very happy with our stay at Eaton however when we arrived it was unusually cold and we were not able to change the temperature in our room which I thought was very unusual. The just offered is a blanket. The following day we got a heater for the room which made it better. Everyone was very apologetic and offered us wine and fruits but I just hope they prepare for this type of weather situation for future guests.

Its a very convenient location, room is tidy, clean and comfortable. they are one of the hotel publicly supported LGBTQ+ and local artists, love the artworks in the hotel & in our hotel room!

very noisy hotel, old room, but location is good

Room is very small, and the building itself is SUPER noisy due to hotel pub on either 4th or 5th floor. I stayed on 11th floor, still heard the noise of music. It is too noisy, can't imagine if I stayed on 5th or 6th floor. Room is old and so small.

Great spot with clean rooms

A great hotel in the centre of Kowloon. Fabulous breakfasts and comfortable rooms. Close the the MTR station with easy access everywhere. Helpful staff. Swimming pool was fun.

Has a very nice and well equipped gym. Decently near a MTR station

Staff were very slow and one even messed up my check out date (did not even apologise). Rooms aircon was not working properly.

Superb

The location is nice, aprox 6-min walk from Jordan station. From the airport, you can conveniently reach the hotel by A21 Airport Bus with 1-2 min walk. I would recommend this place to my friends and family anyway.

The only thing I don't like is that the room walls seem not to soundproof, which was irritating a bit.
