The location was great, the staff were all very nice, and helpful. The room was very spacious, and we didn't feel as if we were cramped on top of one another.

Cleanliness Amenities Location Cost

The restaurant's hours of operation were unclear. The signs that were posted throughout the resort contradicted each other. We were led to believe the restaurant was open but sadly found out it wasn't when we went there for lunch. We ended up having to walk a few blocks to grab lunch at a different resort.

The location and the accommodations. The rooms are very spacious.

The ice maker didnt work and maintenance never came back to fix it.

Better than expected

I liked the fact room service was on point we didn't have to ask for clean towels or rags they came to our room every day asking if we needed anything, and they had cleaned linen ready to hand over, and every time we went to the desk it's was nothing but Friendliness out of 12 years I never experience an excellent hotel ehile going to the beach it was always something but this one is a must stay again..we arrived to the hotel a little late n the receptionist was still friendly, and patient with us no attitude nor bad face expression once so ever keep up the good work
