Reviewers Mention About Grande Beach Resort

The Grande Beach Resort has stunning views from the ocean front rooms and a welcoming and professional staff. The hotel is well maintained with beautiful pools and the rooms are spotless. Some minor (Read More)issues were experienced due to renovations, but the staff were amazing and accommodating. The only downside was that the no smoking policy was not enforced, which affected the reviewer and their children. Despite this, they had a great overall experience and would consider returning to the resort.

Overall enjoyed this resort and will return in the future

The staff was great and very accommodating. Check in and check out was very easy.The resort is located in a more quiet side of the beach which was also nice. There is private beach access and there are three pools. The rooms do have beachfront balconies with outdoor chairs/tables.

They are currently updating their rooms and facilities. So, some of the amenities are not currently open. However, I am sure this will be complete by the busy season this upcoming spring/summer.

Clean and comfortable rooms

Location was prime, loved the mini mart across the street for last minute snacks. Room was very nice and clean.

Our heat didnt work so our room was at 65 degrees through out the night, fitness room was unusable due to it being used for storage. When we left to check out there was no one behind the desk, we attempted to call the assist line 5 times but no answer. Ended up leaving the keys on the desk with a note saying we checked out.

Interesting

The location was great, and you could tell they were doing upgrades. The size of the room and the voew were great. The room was clean and smelled clean.

We had to call the number left at the front desk to check in (9:00 PM) and to check out ( 10 AM). All remotes had no batteries for the air/heat and TV, and the water took a very long time to heat up. The ice machine was broken. Also, the clerk initially rented our room to us and the people who checked in after us. However, she did correct the issue, BUT... we had to call her to get her to come down again.
