Location

Phones did not work. WiFi did not work. Desk attendant said it did but we had 4 rooms on different floors and it did not work in any of them. Plus we talked to other guests and theirs did not work either. Just say it is out of order. Restaurant has. 20-25 minute wait for breakfast on Friday morning. It was not full and could not understand this.

Dont think I would book this location again. It was very uncomfortable.

The hotel was clean and beds were comfy.

We had a refrigerator outside our door and when we asked if it should maybe be inside bc we didnt have anything to keep our drinks warm, the front desk personnel said well did you request a refrigerator. Never in my life have I ever had to request to have a refrigerator in my room when booking. The staff was very rude in person, but whomever was texting me was very sweet.

The location, close to the fwy also how clean it was.

First of all, the parking Metter didn't display my ticket so I didn't to pay for parking. Second, the shower hose was broken, it didn't work properly, and third, the night girl wanted to moved me out my room at 2 o'clock in the morning when all I needed is to rest so I could keep going on my trip. I didn't like the experience and probably won't use double tree any more.

Second stay was disappointed

I liked that the staff was nice

bed was not a king-size bed as stated in the reservation it was more like a queen, second the bed sheets were durty and you can see they been used for more then a year due to so many washes the fabric is giving up.

The floors in the rooms were stained. multiple light fixtures didnt work, the chair in the room was all torn up, the bathroom was not as clean as it should have been .

I wasnt completely unhappy with the stay because the room served the purpose but I wont return.

The bed was comfortable the pillows not good at all for what you are paying on the hotel they could use an upgrade. I liked the decorations and the view from the room was great.

I didnt like our mini fridge was outside our room door, the soap bottles were broken the pillows like I mentioned not good at all. I didnt like the way the water glasses have a wet rag smell when we tried to dine for dinner in the restaurant actually made me not able to drink my water or wine. For breakfast we returned the food was good but again my coffee cup was dirty half way through drinking my coffee I found stuck on food not mine! yuck
