I stayed as a traveller and to me it was over-priced for the facilities it offers.
I think this hotel will suit many people. It is nicely designed with comfortable and well laid out rooms. The staff were friendly and the hotel is well-located in downtown El Paso.
I have two bugbears which is the reason I am giving the hotel a somewhat negative review. 1. There were no coffee making facility in either of the two rooms I occupied but on the other hand there was a large variety of expensive alcoholic drinks taking up space on surfaces clearly designed to tempt occupants. By all means sell the alcohol but please get the basics right as well! 2. Breakfast was only available to order from the restaurant menu. Yes the breakfast was good but it was pretty expensive (including the coffee) for what it was.

Maybe an earlier opening time for the coffee bar would have been nice. Totally understandable that it wasn't open until 7 though! Take care of your employees

A fun boutique artsy hotel. Loved the restaurant and the spa!
The breakfast was exceptional-very gourmet. Loved the spa. Decor was fun. Nice staff. Easy to find. Bathroom was lovely.

Just okay for the money.
Clean sheets and bathroom, quick service provided.
Very thin walls and loud/noisy. Air conditioning makes continuous high pitched noise, and smell of mold in rooms. Very expensive valet parking.

Beautiful hotel in a downtrodden city.
Beautiful hotel with a comfortable room. It was very near the passport office so I could walk.
Unfortunately downtown El Paso doesn't have much going for it. Nothing the hotel can do about that. Given the neighborhood I feel the price is high.
