Superb

Peace and quiet in a busy city

Hotel was quiet in the evening which made for relaxing after a long day. Laundry facilities were great and so easy to use using the octopus card or code from reception. Location was on a residential area with easy access to the MTR as well as green mini buses and larger double deckers. The hotel provided a free shuttle every hour to 3 locations in Kowloon. Excellent hotel.

Superb

Great place to stay

Friendly staff, safe feel, good facilities locally, comfortable room. Our room was made up each day and made spotless. Cleaning staff were licely and reception staff were very helpful.

Restaurant wasn't able to cater to our gluten free diet. Most of HK was like this though. Would have liked access to a microwave to allow us more food options.

Good

What I love about Dorsett Mongkok is its consistency on cleanliness as well as they can provide the basic stuff. There is air purifier inside our room and the view of skyscrapers is also nice. There are also shops nearby and walking distance from Olympic Station.

Mediocre hospitality when it comes to assistance. Not that much accommodating just what has stated to other reviews. Can't even open the door when your hands are full with your toddler and stuff. Inconvenient water refilling stations.

Good location, close to supermarkets and restaurants, friendly staff

The staff are nice and friendly and the environment is acceptable except the room is quite small but I know it's common in HK.

I left a note requesting the rooms to be single beds or twin beds only when making my reservation. When we arrived, I reinstated the request again when we did the check-in and the female receptionist said ''yes, we'll take good care of that." They didn't give us the keys as the rooms were still under cleaning. However, when we came back to get the keys, it was a bit late and the male receptionist told us that they only had the 3-bed room left, leaving us no choice. I see there's an issue with their internal communication but we were too exhausted to argue. With one more bed in the room, the room looks super SMALL.

Good value for money hotel

Very friendly reception staff who were very polite and welcoming. Room was small but to be expected but was lovely and clean. Hotel is just a 7 minute walk from Olympic Metro and the hotel courtsey shuttle was much appreciated

Pillows were awful. There should be another two provided in each room and should be much thicker No spoon was available with the coffee and teas so ended up using the toothbrush to stir the coffee!

Very good

Cozy stay at a competitive price just a brisk walk away from the heartbeat of Mongkok!

The shower pressure was outstanding - it's a factor many hotels miss and I'm glad Dorsett nailed it! Free candy (6-7PM) was a very nice touch as well :)

Space - however, this is HK and, unless you're willing to spend an arm and a leg, the value for this property is great.

Quite near mongkok but not near MTR Station

Room was Small, no facilities, lobby crowded with many people when I went there. Shower room is a bit small for average size person. Slippers provided was a bit too thin , can be thicker, for winter.
