Very good

Well situated townhouse hotel. I would return.

Friendly staff, great location, beautifully designed room, complimentary tea room service, good sized bathroom. Restaurant at hotel was very accommodating in squeezing us in at the last moment.

Room was a bit small. We knew this from reading reviews of former guests, but still.

Lovely, tastful hotel with great staff

Lovely, cosy hotel, super friendly staff, beautiful room, nice present upon arriving. Clean, modern bathroom

The air conditioning was a bit loud and even switched off continued to make noise. No elevators, but staff helped with taking up luggage four flights of stairs.

The English design, the wallpaper, the drawing room ,the genuine structure of the entire house where modern elements enhance the old English pattern, the furniture of the hotel and ofcthe restaurant,the lively stuff.

Enjoyed everything about our stay - the city, the people, and the Dorset

Location was perfect. Near subway stop. Close enough to sites yet not in too close. Beautiful building. Rooms decorated nicely. Great restaurant in lower level.

Great location.

I had to leave a day early. Gave the local team plenty of notice. But they still insisted they had to charge me for the fourth night because I booked through booking.com .
