Our stay was excellent.

I liked the hotel, the bed was comfortable and staff was courteous and friendly. The same with the restaurant where we had breakfast. The front desk staff was always willing to help.

I cannot think of anything. The staff overall friendliness and response to needs, if anything, was enough for us.

Exceptional

Perfect mattress comfort and pillows. Great big-screen TV. Very nice walk-in shower.

Had to completely close curtains and blackout room due to brightness of parking lot lights which prevented morning light in.

Great location, clean and comfortable

Friendly front desk staff, clean and comfortable rooms, very close to the airport, but you could never tell because you don't hear the air traffic at all.

The only minor "wish"; if a guest is staying more than 1 night(like myself), having your room attended to would great. It would have been nice to return to a tidy room, with clean towels after a long day spent in Indianapolis.

The location is not an asset. The air condition in the room was in a bad shape. The breakfast was not good.

It was a wonderful experience.

except that the receptionist intentionally gave me a double queen bedroom when I booked for a king bedroom. Also why arent the microwave in the bedroom.

Very good

The staff was absolutely amazing. They were friendly, suggested local places to eat, and where to find the best coffee. I would most definitely stay again. The beds were so comfortable as well as the pillows.

The view could have been better but i was on the 3rd floor.
