The Hotel Indy in Indianapolis is a beautiful and unique hotel with well-decorated rooms. The prices are average for a downtown hotel, making it a good value. Some guests had negative experiences wit (Read More)h certain staff members at the front desk, but others had positive interactions with different employees. The food in the hotel was decent, and the valet service was helpful. The highlight of the hotel is the rooftop bar. The limited hours of the on-site restaurant and the lack of a desk in the rooms may not be ideal for business travelers. However, overall, it was a great experience with a great location for Pacers games. The valet service was deemed pointless and expensive self-parking.

Very poor

Bad customer service!

Good location

Staff was rude they charged us 3 times and claimed we hadnt paid through booking.com although I showed them the charge.

Very uniquely designed and beautiful inside. Restaurant was wonderful. We loved the layout and designed of the room

The location of our room. It was at an incredibly busy intersection with motorcycles, loud music, and ambulances going by all night. It would have been nice to be given that information ahead of time and given the option to switch rooms if it were possible. We probably wouldnt stay again unless we knew we could request a room away from that intersection.

A beautiful, modern hotel perfect for any occasion

Beautifully designed interiors, with a luxe and modern feel. Gorgeous (and delicious) dining options, with both the roof cocktail bar and restaurant serving up unique offerings. Its in close proximity to everything in downtown Indy, by foot or by short car ride. And the staff are incredibly welcoming!

THE BEDS ARE SO UNCOMFORTABLE. It feels like sleeping on your childhood spring mattress from 1987 when you go home to visit your parents. It was genuinely awful.

The comfort of the room was great. The bed was super comfortable and soft.

Didn't have the breakfast because they were charging for it.

I didn't like the fact we couldn't park our own car and was made to Valut park then charged 45.00. I could have parked my own car for that price we were only there for one evening.

The breakfast was good. The shower was nice.

The only thing I didn't like the girl at the elevator for rooftop entrance said drop your bags and head up. When we came back she said it was last call. It was my birthday and my main reason for staying. That info would have been nice to know prior.
