For the price not impressed at all
It was very hard to understand the people working the font desk. Room was not cleaned very well, found an angry Orchard bottle top on the floor, so made me think the floor was not swept. Restaurant staff at Conner very rude. Not friendly at all. Bell hops and valet were the best interaction with hotel staff.

Great rooms, good facilities, wonderful staff. Restaurant is very good and bar is excellent.
Business centre was a little sparse in snacks and coffee, bit expensive but largely because my meeting coincided with the marathon.

Overall good stay.
The whole set up and availability to move from your facility to the JW where my granddaughter was participating in her Irish step dance was great I wish we had better access to food and drinks besides Starbucks would be a plus. I missed having breakfast and dinner available. I know you have restaurants with good expensive meals within the facility, but everything was out of range for myself and grandchildren.
I did not like the lack of affordable Family eating or take out facilities. It was difficult to keep us hydrated and fed. Thank goodness for our snacks and drinks brought in from home.

Location to event snd ease of access yo events.
Pillows were hard. Kids next door were very loud for most of the night.

Clean, comfortable and convenient.
Room was clean and nicely appointed. Comfortable beds. Good location with access to the skywalk.
Complimentary coffee in the morning in the lobby would have been nice. Our coffee machine was broken in our room.

Overall, pleased with hotel but wish our room had been cleaner.
Location
Floor was dirty with toe nails and dirty q-tips around. Also, a cleaning rag was left on the dresser.
