We had to leave before midnight due to a health issue, so that was not pleasant.

Valet parking was used with quick results.

So many people checking in at the same time, made for a long line and wait at the elevator.

Luxury stay

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and good location.

Overall, it was great. The only bad thing was that the elevator had an odd smell during this stay.

. The location was great. Friendly staff. The ambiance was great.

You would think an awesome place such as the JW Marriott would have a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport to provide a stess free arrival and departure for their clients. My stay was for 2 nights. That's what I was charged for.

Great service and friendly staff both were amazing in the hotel and restaurants. We had a corner room and our view was amazing. We also got room service, which was quicker than expected. They came with extra bottles of water, which was very kind since we did just order desserts.

Only complaint that I have is that we had to wait over an hour to get into our room. Considering I had called ahead of time to see if we could get an earlier check in and they said yes it will be ready around 2pm. It took us longer than expected because of traffic, ect. We got there around 4pm (normal check in time) and room was not ready. Staff offered us a different room, but I had booked this back in June specifically for a corner room, so we declined and went to High Velocity to have appetizers while we waited. Staff said they would text me once the room was ready, but after an hour I went to front desk to get an update. Staff told me yes the room was ready. It was not a good start to such an amazing and expensive holiday surprise.

Poor

Cleaning staff entered the room while we were sleeping. Scared us half to death. Only answer we got from management was they should have knocked first. Yes they should have knocked first but if we were sleeping and didnt answer, this doesnt mean please come in! We WERE sleeping AT 8AM.
