I really loved the hotel. This is my third time in this lovely hotel. The service was excellent location is the best in istanbul every thing is nearby, and the hotel management were so helpful, especially Mr. Owz the owner of the hotel . he gave good care to the customers and was very helpful. I will for sure stay in the hotel next time and any time I come to Istanbul at this area price is very reasonable for value we got and service. the hotel was very clean and higgeen and the room was always tidy when we came back to the room .

Room is spacious, beautiful and very clean.. I love the location as well, in the heart of Kadikoy, close to Metro Station, Ferry Terminal and street fulk of restaurants and cafe..The famous and lovely restaurant Ciya Sofrasi is within 5 minutes walking distance but also so many other resfaurants nearby. The minimarket Migros is also close by, make it easy to buy daily necessities. Breakfast is wondeful which is traditional Turkish breakfast. Last but not least, staffs are wonderful, always willing to help and remember my preference for breakfast.

Great new hotel in Kadky!

Extremely well located. Got an upgrade room (large!) (5th Floor). that was more than I could ask for, with unbeatable views to Bosphorus and Kadky port. Bed super comfortable (pillow's menu) , good bathroom amenities and great shower pressure. Personalized greetings from Mr Oz and staff made me feel very welcome! Thanks for that! . All is new, hope this hotel keep@ the standard and hope to be back !

Superb

Better value and more enjoyable than European side.

Central location close to the ferry terminal, genuine helpful friendly staff. Free room upgrade to Bosphorus view. Kadikoy itself is great area to stay. More local, less touristy far more relaxed/laid back than Europe side, alcohol and partying much more prominent. Great mixture of restaurants, bars and shopping to satisfy most people.

Both my credit cards didn't work when checking in. They had been working before and subsequently thereafter no problem. I had to go to ATM close by and withdraw cas h to pay for room, thats ok but was slugged US$35 for ATM withdrawal which was very annoying. I think something wrong with hotel machine. Only other negative is size of bed. Its a queen rather than a king which is quite restricting if you normally sleep in a king.

The staff at this hotel really elevated a nice hotel stay into an absolutely fantastic one! They went above and beyond to help me plan a small surprise for my wife's birthday. Room was lovely and the location is great for exploring the Asian side of Istanbul.
