This Holiday Inn Niagara Falls-By the Falls offers large rooms with comfortable beds and a convenient location near downtown Niagara and the Falls. However, guests experienced thin walls and shaky ba (Read More)lcony rails. The staff received positive feedback, but some were disappointed by the hotel's policy of charging a security deposit. The hotel is also praised for its cleanliness and modern decor. Breakfast is not included, and there were some concerns about the restaurant's prices and taxes. It was a very nice stay, would do it again.
I liked the balcony and the king sized bed. I enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. The wifi was great! I was able to attend a zoom conference and it never once had any connection issues.
The bathroom should have an exhaust fan. The hot water from the jacuzzi tub really humidified the place! The bar fridge should also not be in an enclosed cupboard, as in the back of the cupboard should be cut out so that the appliance can "breathe" and not over heat / work too hard. We left the cupboard door open during our stay so the fridge could work well

The best is the location. It is easy to walk to many restaurants, stores and tourist points. Other good points: friendly staff, good parking lot, awesome shower, silence (in our bedroom, we didn't have noise issues). We didn't use, but the hotel offers: swimming pools, a fitness center, and breakfast for an additional cost.
Cleanliness could be better. There was lots of dust in the room. Bad internet. No smart TV. The bed could be more comfortable (too soft, the kind that sinks in the middle).

Worth the penny, itll do the job.
It was centrally located, which was great. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff at reception was fantastic.
It was a little loud at times, the deals on Booking were hard to navigate re: breakfast being included. Hotel is aging slowly.
