Overall an average experience.

Location was good, good view from the hotel.

Being a family, we requested for connecting room but we were given rooms far apart from each other despite requesting much in advance, thankfully it was on the same floor. They didn't even gave an option for an upgrade even for 6 night stay... Check out request for late checkout was tough but got only one room, was very difficult to manage with kids 2 different rooms, packing back, getting ready for late evening flight. Not much options in breakfast too for HKD 400 Plus taxes per room. Overall an average experience. Expensive for the overall set up. They should be flexible with families at least. would recommend to negotiate well for all options before booking.

Better than expected

The food, especially lunch for 300 HKD. Breakfast for 110 HKD is good, too. The room is quiet, thoroughly designed and not that small that I'd expected in this city. The tram is right by the hotel. I am glad that we chose to pay a little bit more and stay here. The staff is really welcoming.

Staff assigned us a bayview room as we had wished, was absolutely great!!! Convenient location, even if a bit on the western end, with great connection to city & airport by public transport (tram, bus, MTR)

Really a minor point, it was a bit of too much Xmas music at the breakfast, everyday

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, offering great views of the sea. The service was exceptional, and I particularly enjoyed the added bonus of having JBL Bluetooth audio in each room.

Very good

Very friendly staff always ready to help and advise which was very appreciated We could do a late check out. Room clean, comfortable with a nice view of the sea. Hotel well situated at 5 min by walk from MTR and just in front of a bus station to go to airport and to ICC. Good hotel to work with a comfortable desk to work in the room.

It is noisy and you get woken up by outside in the morning. Can hear the noise of cars, closed to the highway. Room quite dark which lacks luminosity. Price could be better.

Nice Harbor view room with comfy bed and great staff

Fast checking in and out. Good service minded staff. Very clean and comfortable room. Wonderful harbor view. Located in a quiet and safe area. 7-11, convenient stores and coffee shops are nearby. Walkable distance to MTR and tram.

Quite pricey. The conditioner in my room was out of stock when checked in. Already informed the staff, but in the next day still hadnt been refilled. Apart from this, nothing else to complain.
