My second stay at the hotel and again service was excellent again. Room was soundproof, spacious, 24 hour reception and value for money when compared with similar hotels in the area.

Nothing to dislike. Availability is hard this time of year so recommended to book ahead early.

The room was very small. We stayed last year in a cheaper room. It's hard to get outside in the morning, as a row of motorcycles cordon of the exit. A fire safety hazard.

The hotel is nice and the rooms are very clean even if a little bit dated. The staff is very friendly, they've let me check in a little earlier (because the room was already available) which was very welcome after a long flight. The hotel is on Chaiyapoon street which is full of bars so its definitely not a family destination, but its good if you want to be in the middle of action. The room I booked had a flat screen TV and a balcony. Few days later I moved to a family room which was huge and also had a balcony. Overall its a very nice stay and the location is good if you know how to navigate Pattaya.

1) Both rooms I've stayed in were on 5th floor and I'm not sure why, maybe due to lack of water pressure, the water heater in bathroom didn't work properly. Finally the trick I found to make it work was to turn on the hot water tap so the heater would turn on, then turn on the hot water in the shower and then reduce the tap to minimum. That way you can have hot water in the shower. 2) There is a live music bar/club on the opposite side of the building that is blasting music until 3am. They seem to have a nice sound system as the whole building is literally shaking from their music. It's not hotel's fault of course and nothing they can do, but its worth noting if you're not planning to stay out until late.
