It was close to everything, staff was really lovely and friendly, you could leave your luggage there instead of trailing it round with you, pub staff were friendly as wel, breakfast was nice as wel just need a menu to say what you would like

Beds are far to low, room was freezing took ages to heat it up, by the time it did heat up we were sleeping, other than that not bad

Friendly staff and worth the money

The staff were particularly friendly - the bars around were very lively. The location was great, could get anywhere fast. The rooms were lovely. Paid so little in comparison. The staffs extra kindness and going out of their way to help us was the best part.

It was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

The reception staff was very nice.

To begin, once we checked in our room we found a cell phone which we assumed belonged to one of the staff. So, we brought it down to reception, within 30 minutes one of the staff members barged in our room without knocking. Assuming to grab their phone, they didnt apologize they just turned around and left. My partner was changing and I was not fully clothed either. It was extremely unprofessional. Then the room was absolutely tiny. It only had one window in the very top corner of the room that did not let a lot of natural light in the room. The tv was smaller than most laptop screens and only had three channels. The bathroom was unconventional and the shower was incredibly small with an exhaust fan that was full of mold. The shower head was covered in lime scale, and the bathroom floor did not look as if it had been cleaned. But overall the worst part about the room we stayed in was it was located directly over the pub next door which turned into a club at night. Every night there was music blaring until at least 1 am. The bass of the music was so prominent that it could be felt while laying in bed. Therefore making it rather difficult to fall asleep. I had to wear headphones to try and block out the excessive noise and I still struggling to fall asleep. I was tempted to check out early and find a different hotel but due to the fact that it was Christmas there was limited availability elsewhere.
