The Boutique hotel

The location was great. The staff were friendly. There were already extra pillows available in closet.

There wasn't hot water when we showered late at night or early in the morning. Breakfast wasn't great.

Extra charge on credit card, the day after checking out. No reply to email enquiring what the charge was 4 days later. Paid cash for water used in room on checkout.
