Fantastic staff in a super perfect location!

Location so close to all major attractions including Blur Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, and train line. Staff are absolutely amazing and care for their guests like we are their own family.

Fantastic hotel, wonderful staff, and excellent location.

Staff was fantastic. Location is very ideal - close to all major sites. Room size is very large. Staff took care to ensure we were happy and satisfied.

Location, Azer was the Sweetest host! They let me checkin earlier and check out later because of my flight timings... And I would absolutely trust them with taxis too given the taxi drivers outside just rip you off begging for extra money always. The room was super spacious and had everything you could ask for, the food was good too, the only problem is no lift but they help you with your luggage so it's not a problem This place is 5 mins from the blue mosque and most Fatih main spots. Would highly recommend if you want to stay towards the European side of Istanbul.

Great stay in Istanbul. Highly recommended

I absolutely adored the property's standout features. The staff were not only exceptionally polite but incredibly helpful, going the extra mile to assist with transfers and ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The traditional Turkish breakfast was a delightful cultural immersion, and the hotel's ideal location made exploring Istanbul a breeze, with main attractions, restaurants, and the metro all within walking distance. The added convenience of borrowing an Istanbul kart for public transportation and the thoughtful provision of free snacks and water truly elevated the experience.

Nothing to complain. It is a simpler hotel but very well taken care of.

Great stay in a perfect location!

Great and kind service, super clean, fresh snacks for free every day :) Checkout at 12 and even later if you ask to, that was excellent!

The whole building is made of wood. The city didn't allow it otherwise. The downside is that if you are staying on the lower floors, you can literally hear everything. Not for people with poor sleep.

All in all, the staff and owners went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one.

Overall the hotel was not all that bad, however I feel that their photos on booking.com and their website does not match the actual hotel. So our disappointment was that our expectations were not met. Aside from that, it was clean and the staff/owner was very nice.

The fact that you can't lock your room door was an issue for us. They use a keycard system, as long as someone has a keycard they can access the room - there was no security latch from the inside that you would commonly find in most hotels.
