Nice jungly nature. My cabin was rustic, with ok bed, mosquito net, and basic fan, some basic furniture and a hammock on the porch. There was access to the shared fridge and one ring cooker by the dorm. Free drinking water. Lovely yoga platform in the trees, with excellent morning classes from Manel, running most mornings. Pretty good restaurant. Professional friendly staff

I felt it was a bit expensive, even for peak season considering it is so basic e.g fan only had high speed. And i didn't like having to pay for it all, up front, 'right now', a few days before arrival.

Go for an experience, don't expect a hotel

The staff is extremely accomodating and kind. I loved this property because of how flexible and understanding the staff is, they are not trying to dupe you, they are trying their best to give you what you want. The food is delicious and this is different than any place you'll stay in palolem.

This is an experience more than anything else. While making the booking I considered the rooms to be similar or almost same to the ones I saw in the photos, however the rooms are different, and while we got the last room on the property we were not thrilled because we were expecting slightly upscale for 4400/. Additionally there was an event happening and it happened to be taking place right outside the room we we're staying we were not the biggest fans, considering we just had that day to go about and we definitely weren't expecting that room and it's amenities to be that basic. It's a beautiful place in the middle of the jungle. You wake up and you feel like you are in paradise. The food there is very good. And the beach is close by. Many events are happening there. Which can be a pro or con. Depends how much peace and quite you are looking for. There was hot water in the shower, which is a big plus for India.

My room didn't really had walls and everything was completely open. I did had curtains but a lot of animals like frogs and other insects where all over my room. When events are happening its super loud. And because of no walls you can literally hear everything. In the morning I woke up super early because of crying children. It was not relaxing unfortunately. Tons of mosquitoes because it's in the middle of a forest. I was eaten alive. For that price I wouldn't come again. Only to visit for an event but not for sleeping there.

Property looks cool and the surroundings are nice.

The bunk beds were very unsteady and felt like they could fall over every time they moved. They wobbled so much getting in I almost felt sea sick. The beach it's near isn't nice. There used to be a cut through to a nice beach but not sure if that's always accessible as it was through a diving centre and through and over some rocks. Although the place looks good it's very uncomfortable. All the seats and benches are made from wood with no cushions. There is no where comfortable to sit and relax. But if your a yoga loving "on a journey", "finding myself" kind of bellend it will give you some great pics for your Instagram.

Let nature consume you !

Beautiful surroundings and beautifully planned/paved place, you'd absolutely love the place if you wanna stay close to the nature. The property is next to a small trail which leads you right to the beach, however, be careful and safe if you take that trail in the late evenings. Don't be surprised if you find some birds around your room, frogs on your porch or in your bathroom.

Mosquitos! Make sure you bring a good mosquito repellent, for both inside and outside stay.
