The Best Western Plus Waco North provided a comfortable and quiet stay despite a busy game happening in town. The check-in process was quick, the room was spotless, and everything worked well. The br (Read More)eakfast was also great. Another reviewer enjoyed a great night's sleep in a spotless and quiet room with a comfortable bed. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. Nearby activities such as the Magnolia visit and Texas Rangers museum were enjoyed. Overall, the facility was clean and the staff was nice and professional, leading to an outstanding experience.

Our stay was made wonderful because of the cleanliness and the wonderful staff!

Breakfast was great. Staff was always so friendly and accommodating.

For handicapped room, would have been nice to have higher toilet and walk in shower.

Just off the interstate. Close to eateries/Wal-Mart. Short 8 minute drive to Waco Convention Center

Breakfast was good. The guy that was in there didn't say good morning or have a good day, nothing to any of the guest. He did not wear gloves around the food area. I saw him "cleaning" the pancake griddle by BLOWING it off. Not sanitary at all. Disgusting!!! Beds were very comfy. Staff was friendly

See above. Also, upon arrival and got to our room.....it had not been cleaned. Went back to the front desk and he immediately apologized and gave us a new room. We did have to leave a day earlier than planned which was not a problem and had nothing to do with that situation.

It was clean and didnt smell

The night clerk was asleep at his desk at 9:30. When we got back from a Baylor volleyball game. Hisface was down resting on his arms. Didnt know w hat to do so we let him sleep.

Very nice breakfast. Great breakfast staff.

Coffee machine broken. Poor bathroom lighting. Fridge was broken inside and was not cool. Bathroom faucet sprayed all over. Drapes did not block lighting enough. Too much road noise. Way overpriced to have this many things wrong.
