When we very first arrived the lady that checked us in was just so nice! She made checking in at about 2 am with 4 kids a very smooth process.

The beds could have been a bit more comfortable or maybe that's because I'm used to a different kind of bed. My only complaint about the whole stay is just how sore i would wake up and having a stiff neck.

We will try another hotel next year.

The size of the room. Although what a waste of space, design of the room was very strange. They did put us into a handicap room for some reason, so some of the features we understand. We had booked 3 rooms for a family Christmas, since Waco is in between all of us. Two of us got handicap rooms?

The check in was confusing. I had booked and paid for 3 rooms. When our kids arrived they wouldn't check them in without our credit card (which was on file). They call us while driving, wanting to send a authorization form? The women literally said "I can't hear you because of the vacuum cleaner" I will call you back! Your breakfast could use bread and a toaster. These are 2 very simple items to have. To have eggs and sausage's, yet not have toast? Such a simple item that makes all the difference in a breakfast. We went to Denny's across the street.

Older hotel, but the room was very comfortable. It was actually for extended stays so we had vert adequate room and facilities.

Tea was not offered. Very little choice for breakfast.

Good sleep but Room had some maintenance issues.

The staff on overnight duty was wonderful and helpful. We slept comfortable.

Our toilet must have been clogged, because it didnt flush completely with just liquid, and the next morning, when there was solid waste, it completely backed up to the top of the lid. It had obviously been an issue before we got there, and after they tried to plunge it, it never went down while we were in the room. They offered to move us, but we were only staying one night and had to be at an appointment at Baylor at 8:30 AM. The telephone also did not work at all so I had to call from my cell phone to the downstairs desk. Made for a frustrating and expensive Seven hours in the room .
