Exceptional

Loved the room sizes, two sinks separately, and breakfast. Water is hot which I love for showers. The gentlemen who checked me in was excellent going over everything the hotel has to offer. 2 thumbs up!

Thirsty at the Pool

This was the 1st motel in Texas where I was ever told I couldn't take my can beer to the pool. There was no signage for this at all, seemed to be a management preference to make more income in the motel bar. Instead, it just ran people from the pool back to their rooms to drink beer in private, as the bar prices were very high.

Our stay was very good!

The breakfast was only fair. My rating is for the staff, the cleanliness of the propert and our room, and the comfort.

The breakfast could have been better but it wasnt bad.

Good location and comfortable room, but avoid the breakfast area.

Room was comfortable as was the bed. Location was convenient and quiet.

Breakfast-only skim milk available in cartons, only one waffle maker which was inadequate for the morning crowds, only one toaster which had a broken handle and didn't actually toast the bread. Coffee was not "bold". No apples available for breakfast. Housekeeping tried to come in our room twice, once even opening the door without announcement.

Perfect for our needs

Our stay at Springhill Suites was wonderful. The facility was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and made is feel right at home. The pool/spa area was very clean, nice towels, amazing hot tub and was very family friendly. We liked that the pool was indoors because of the stormy weather outside. The rooms were large and well appointed. Our grandson slept on the sofa sleeper and he said it was very comfortable. Our king size bed was perfect. Plenty of electrical outlets for cell phone chargers and laptops. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower was easy to get in and out of safely, with plenty of nice hot water for all 3 of us to shower. Having a tv in the living room and the separate king bedroom made it so much easier for all of us to watch the programs we wanted to. The addition of comfy chairs in both rooms was nice for extra seating. We will stay here again.

The bed was perfectly comfortable but a little bit too tall for me. I have a physical disability and had to have help getting up onto the bed. But other than that, there wasnt anything I didnt like.

Really liked the staff!!

The breakfast was good. The man that was there for us to check in in the evening of Feb 7 and when we checked out on Feb 9th was excellent!! We told him we visited the Texas Rangers Museum and he said we should go to the DR. Pepper Museum. We did not get there but will try again later. Please give him a raise in pay!!!!!!!!
