Very good

The hotel is directly on the beach, it is awesome to wake up and have a coffee on the balcony overlooking the sea. It is a really great way to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city

The hotel charges a $200 per night cleaning fee for pets, but yet theres no room cleaning service during the stay, so it was a bit confusing. I think it would be more straightforward if the extra cost is just included in the room price at the time of booking to avoid confusion.

Great location and friendly staff. Loved waking up with a view of the beach. breakfast is basic but at $80 per head prepaid I cant complain.

The bed is extremely hard - typical of more local/Chinese style places.

Lovely staying, always very welcomed by the staff. Im coming back with my family again for sure

Bellagio Pet friendly is a very simple hotel but very cozy and clean. The staff are extremely helpful and nice. Very good meals and drinks. I like to go with my dog and spend 2 days to enjoy the beach and the amazing hikes we can do in Lamma Island.

The restaurant/kitchen closes quite early so they could have some options to buy drinks and snacks somehow.

Ideal hideout for an island experience in the bustling mega city.

The location is brilliant, its located right by the beach, having direct access to the beach. Room is very clean and cozy. Staff is helpful and friendly.

If hotel could offer easier options to pick guest up from the port would be really great. Was a bit of work for me to get there on foot with the suitcase, but still, really worth it! The neighbor was a bit noisy for one night.

Didn't end up at the Bellagio but still an amazing stay.

I really enjoyed the hospitality and level of service of the staff, especially Billy who was extremely accommodating. The room was set-up with everything we needed. The smallest things are thought of. The room is right on the beach and has an ocean view which is refreshing. It was extremely clean, bed was comfortable, and very accommodating to our dog.

It's not so much about the facilities itself, but that "Bellagio Pets Friendly Resort" actually has rooms that aren't pet-friendly. When i expect to search pet friendly hotels on booking.com, and with the name of the hotel, that's what I thought i was booking ... It does say in the room booking name (No pets allowed), however I overlooked it. But the staff called me when they noticed that I had made a mistake and immediately rectified by them and we were booked into another room on the same property (since the Bellagio was already fully booked). Heads up that depending on the season the beach can have a lot of trash and tar bubbles hidden in the sand that you can drag into the room with you. you might leave a few black prints behind you...

Friendly and welcoming staff. Spacious balcony looking out to the beach, very relaxing. Thoughtful room facilities with a fan and dehumidifier.

Walls are quite thin, could clearly hear water pipe sounds and chattering from other guest rooms.

Lamma is a wonderful place to be a dog, and this is a great location for exploring Lamma with the special pooch in your life. It's located at a node of the walking trails on the island, and is only about a fifteen-minute walk away from Yung Shue Wan, with a good selection of restaurants and shops. My room was basic but clean and pleasant.

Given that the shortest route to arrive here involves a 15-minute walk, and that this is a hotel specifically for people with pets, the provision of some pet amenities would be helpful. Food and water bowls and dog beds (or rugs, etc.) spring to mind.

one of the pet friendly hotel in Lamma Island nearby the beach eventho' dog is not allowed on the beach (unfortunately), the location is good to wake up in the morning, it feels like you are on holiday

Pet unfriendly

Planned to visit with my spouse and my cat but it costs $200 each pet ( never mentioned > not until I message the customer service ) plus the $200 does not include any pee pads or food container or even cat litter> nothing. Very disappointed at their food as well, tastes like pre-frozen food and does not worth its price

Far away, if I actually did bring my cat and walked all such long way, she might die from heat stroke. Moreover, when we arrived we did not know where to go to check in and had to call them and they didnt say where it was for so long even though we kept asking the exact address and finally the lady said it was the restaurant next door. Lastly, the room was not prepared as a standard hotel, there was mole on the curtains in the washroom and dirty slippers. Facilitated poorly. We do hope for a refund Sigh supposed to be a happy birthday trip. Disappointed.
