Excellent hotel in the Old Quarter. Wonderful staff!

Very central. Spacious room with small balcony and comfy bed. Nice breakfast buffet available in the morning with eggs prepared a la minute. Staff friendliness and welcoming attitude is what impressed us the most!

Even though the massage was really excellent, I thought the Spa design was very basic. That can probably be spruced up a little.

Heart of old quarter

Nice and clean room that is situated in the heart of old quarters. Convenient to walk around and explore the area and close to nice food joints. Staff are very friendly and helpful and always smiling

I think the spa overall decor looks a little rundown. Might be nice if there were Abit of touch up

Flawless Hospitality: A Perfect Stay

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Hanoi, exceptionally clean with pristine sheets and towels. The breakfast is delicious, offering eggs cooked to your liking or pancakes, along with fresh juices. The standout was the exceptional service from the reception and concierge staff. Incredibly responsive and friendly, they went above and beyond in assisting with every detail. It was a pleasure entering the hotel and encountering their warm hospitality. Additionally, all our requests mentioned in the booking comments were fulfilled, and we are incredibly grateful for that.

Fantastic hotel!

The staff were very friendly and even gave us some ginger tea when my partner and I did not feel well. The location is excellent, near the lake and we felt having a room with an inside window was great as we could not hear the loud traffic outside. Lots of choice at breakfast and the hotel organized trips and an airport pick up which were really reasonable. Would really recommend the 5* Ha Long Bay cruise.

I visited the spa and I think it needs a bit of an update and it would be nice if music was played to give it some ambiance.

First time in Hanoi

Absolutely loved the buffet breakfast in the morning. The seasonal fruit was fresh and delicious. The options at the buffet breakfast were endless, too!

Could be a bit noisy at times but, overall the rooms were extremely comfortable and spacious.
