Guests enjoyed their stay at AMANO Covent Garden, praising the modern, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Location excellent check in staff great

For 245 room was tiny . Even for just one night . Wanted to go out to rooftop terrace but was told by staff , it was too cold for THEM to serve us outside . Bar drinks menu was out of date , no draughty beer available .

Price too high, not worthing

The breakfast was really nice.

Staff not so nice, i asked for a charger adaptor and they said they dont have one, that i should buy myself onevery arrogant. All the hotels ive styed at in UK they all gave us charger adapters for tourists coming from europe. Price too high, room very small, not enough light in the room, the smell at the shower cabin was awful, price with NO mini bar, with no bath robes, no room slippers, nothing.

Very good

Overall enjoyed our stay.

The staff were lovely and the hotel waa very nice however room was extremely small for the amount paid and the lighting was poor. Quite difficult to get ready as it was so dark.

Rooms could have been more spacious - luggage space especially. Brighter lights especially near a mirror for hair/makeup.

The location was superb, it was clean, the staff was nice, but the rooms were tiny, and it was very expensive for what y

The location was great in the theater district with many restaurants close by. My room had a balcony with a view of the London eye and so did the rooftop bar so I could see the New Years eve fireworks.

The rooms were extremely small and felt cramped. It was very expensive for what you get and it felt like you were staying in a tiny dollhouse. The room had miniature nightstands/shelves and did not have a mini bar.

Liked the place upon arrival, happy to leave on departure.

Location, bedding.

No hot water for the entire stay.. No access to the rooftop bar (New Year Eve). Repair men dirtied the bathroom, no after cleaning. No compensations for a very heavily overpriced room considering I couldn't shower for 3 days.
