Elegant. Modern. In heart of downtown.

Modern decor but nice vibes. Gave free lavender bags on our first night in the lobby for calming sleep. Room is nice, minimalistic. Bar manager was really nice and helped supply us a wine opener and glasses when we asked, even though we didnt purchase wine in their bar. Location is right next to the Reds Stadium and only a couple blocks from Bengals stadium, plus right off the river. Good location. Elegant hotel.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location

They allowed us to check in early with one room to store out bags and equipment. The staff are super friends and super efficient

I was the main person that booked 4 x bedrooms for my team. All the names got mixed up plus they charged me for the other rooms drinks when I didn't have anything (over $40 worth).

I like the location. The proximity to where we were going was perfect. The staff at check-in and chdck-out were so kind.

I didn't like that I asked for not cleaning services for our stay (we only stayed 2 days) and they still came. I know it sounds crazy but it wasn't something I wanted. There was also screaming and yelling in the middle of the night, from other guests, in the hallway for several hours.
