Great time and would return again.

Convenient to restaurants in attractions

One staff member by the name of Gabriel was very rude and did not project a feeling of true customer service. He got flip when I asked a question about a possible charge to my credit card, and did not offer the suggestions for restaurants that delivered to the site when they clearly had it in documentation format that I had to get from another staff member the next day. The rest of the staff was great, especially Carmen and Miss Francis .

Close to stadium, staff is wonderful, hotel is dated but it worked for our needs

Hotel was very close to the stadium

The hotel jacked up their prices 5x what it should be if we had the stayed the night before and not during the Swift concert. Rooms are old. Dont think they were cleaned well. Hotel couldnt handle all the ppl showering after the concert and we had cold water only.
