Nice, clean comfortable place. Bar needs longer hours.

Up to date and clean. Friendly staff.

We stayed 2 nights including New Years Eve and the bar was closed by 10pm!!! Really? You cant serve drinks one day a year till midnight?

The hotel and staff were perfect. Walking distance to everything. Definitely eat at Butcher and Barrel right across the street. Park at the Gramercy parking garage. It's $16 instead of the $36 the hotel charges. It's right behind the hotel.

Pleasant stay. Great location in downtown. Would recommend.

Our room was at the end of a short hallway. It was very quiet. The room was clean and had a nice kitchen with a large refrigerator. And microwave. Even a dishwasher was available in the room if we needed. Very nice place. Would recommend.

There was nothing we would change.

Good other than sleeping option

Location, aesthetics, valet parking

The fold out sofa was terrible!! Ended up sleeping on couch with 2 comforters on top which was uncomfortable for a person that is 6 ft. This should not even be a option for sleeping. Breakfast could have a better variety but was good for what they had.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The gentlemen upgraded my room,my fiance Birthday. Breakfast was nice everyone that work at the hotel need a Bravo,Thank you for all that you do!Will be back again.
