Disappointing

Check your room before you try to unwind.

The location

The room was not completely cleaned. Housekeeping left wet towels, old sheets and pizza boxes shoved into the drawers. The front desk staff only said theyd speak with housekeeping about the matter. Very disappointed to pay so much for a nice place to be left with the last guests mess.

Very easy to get to the Levee, in addition to being such a nice,cozy, and CLEAN space. If you are wanting to stay in that area to have walkable access to restaurants and things to do then this is the place. Also, Ubers get to you super fast! We stayed on a busy weekend and had no issues. It was a 4 minute drive from the hotel to the casino.

If I had to say something negative the room is fairly small along with being able to easily hear people in the hallway (we didnt mind!) . We had a king studio suite. Perfect for 2 people!

Overall a 6/10, location is amazing but the room isnt worth the price.

Great location for walking, seeing sights and great to various restaurants. The bar & lounge is gorgeous. Hotel is very clean.

Rooms arent worth the price, they dont tell you about an accidentals fee until you arrive that you have to pay and no one told me of overnight parking fees (10 dollars a night) when I checked in.

Over all it was OK.

It was clean, fun, up to date. Ambiance was perfect.

1-The shower door didnt seal correctly and there was a puddle of cold water to walk through. 2-You had to go downstairs if you ordered delivery or door dash due to drivers not being allowed to go to the rooms and staff did not bring your items to you. Super annoying when your ready to relax or trying to get your day started and save some time by not going out.

Decent hotel

Location was great, beds were comfortable.

There is just a sliding door between the toilet/shower area and the rest of the room, which means others in the room hear everything. Also, there is only one light for the bathroom and sink area, and the area is open to the room. So if someone needs the light during the night, they wake everyone up! You have to pay for parking.
