Disappointing

Wished the beds were clean.

The location was great for Truist Arena. The person working the front desk was very kind

We had 2 double beds and both bed sheets were dirty, the one bed smelled like body odor and that same bed was collapsing in the middle. We checked in and left so we didnt notice these things until we got back to our room late at night and we were too exhausted to talk to the front desk but it shouldnt have been this way at all.

Excellent, comfortable and relaxing!

Loved everything, not only was the facility CLEAN it smelled CLEAN! Breakfast was amazing my favorite was the omelets. We stayed for 2 nights, it was easy to get to from the zoo and riverbend music center! The works were amazing and Doug in housekeeping was in particular went above and beyond. My friend wanted a shower cap and he headed downstairs to get them and returned apologizing that none were available but gave her small waste basket liner to try and it worked perfectly. When I asked for extra towels we got EXTRA EXTRA towels and each time we saw him he was working so hard making the rooms clean and ready for the next occupant. Can't wait to stay there again! Thanks for everything! The courtyard was nice as well, fun to sit out there and chat and be able to smoke and chill.

We were quoted a price of $125.99 per night; however, the second night we were charged $224.31. The hotel informed us they could not change the amount and only corporate could. At no time were we informed the second night fee was $224.31.
