Nice location, not too far from the bus stand, filtered water available from a machine. Staff is helpful with questions

Not much sound proofing, can hear everything including the reception phone ringing in the middle of the night. Also the sheets had some weird stains on them (grease?) and hairs on them, made me wondering they were washed properly

Wonderful staff! Appreciate them!

Breakfast was ok. Nothing exceptional. The staff is good, very friendly and accommodating and helpful.

The steep driveway to the hotel is not good at all. You have to be an exceptional driver to make it down and out. It was also quite difficult to locate the hotel. Waze couldn't find it. We had to use 'share location' to get there.

NON COOPERATIVE AND DISCOURTEOUS PEOPLE.

Behaviour of the front desk people was discourteous, unbecoming and non cooperative, they had cancelled my booking on their own, BOOKING.COM also didn't know about this, I think, because you also couldn't inform me about cancellation. Further I requested them to accomodate as I had come from a far off place by traveling so much, but they didn't listen to my request and refused to do anything. I have to arrange accommodation on my own in another hotel. THE ATTITUDE OF THEIR PEOPLE WAS REALLY DEPLORABLE. I AM SURPRISED TO SEE THAT BOOKING.COM HAS GIVEN 8.4 RATING.THEY LEAST DESERVE THIS RATING, PLEASE MAKE SOME CORRECTIONS.THEY DON'T DESERVE EVEN 1 STAR. THEY ARE SIMPLY PATHETIC.
