1 At Madrid, I had to wait for 1 and 1/2 hrs for the 'pickup' and as they don't speak English,commun (Read More)icating with them was a great hassle.
2 As it was raining , our bicycle tour was canceled. But no communication or refund from them.
3 Barcelona hotel was very ordinary and service was not good.
