Unresponsive travel agent and missing refund. We attempted to book a 4-person tour and got zero response. Also my friend Despite requesting a cancellation due to high price of package, the advance money has still not been refunded.
I originally booked a trip package for 5 people for ₹55,000 and paid an advance of ₹2,000. Later, one person cancelled, so I requested the team to modify the package. They quoted ₹68,000 instead, and when I asked them to adjust the price, they stopped responding completely. I strongly advise everyone not to book with this agent and choose another service instead.

Please be very careful before booking with this company.
Based on my experience, I felt that customer satisfaction came second to making money. Instead of providing transparent pricing and clear explanations, I was given different quotations, no proper itemized cost breakdown, and the cancellation policy was only shared after I requested to cancel.
The way my concerns were handled made me fe (Read More)el that maximizing the amount charged was more important than resolving the issue fairly. This was very disappointing.
My advice is to compare quotations with multiple operators, especially local Kerala tour operators, and always ask for a written cancellation policy and a detailed price breakdown before making any payment.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
