⭐️ 1/5 Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. They take the payment for flight bookings, but then there can be serious issues with the actual booking and getting proper confirmation/PNR d (Read More)etails. The refund process can also become unnecessarily lengthy and difficult, with repeated follow-ups required to get your own money back. What was even more unprofessional was the way Prathamesh Ranjeet Gamre communicated during the refund process. I experienced rude and foul language instead of professional communication and a proper resolution. Think twice before making any payment. Get every flight booking, PNR, payment and refund commitment in writing before trusting them with your money.
